It's a decent alternative if you're curious about Figment Man's vibe but balk at the price tag. ### Olfactory Experience Figment Impression kicks off with a bright, almost aggressively cheerful lemon and geranium blast. It's close to Amouage's Figment Man, maybe 90% there, but lacks the original's sophisticated herbal depth. The pepper adds a welcome sharpness, but it's a touch synthetic here. The heart attempts the tricky animalic accord. It's present, but feels like a polite suggestion rather than a full-blown roar. Vetiver and sandalwood emerge, creating a dry, woody backbone. The base is where this diverges most. The promised earth tincture is dialed back; guaiac and labdanum provide a smoky, resinous finish. It's good, but the original's mineralic, earthy grit is missing. ### Wear time & Sillage Longevity is surprisingly decent. I got about 6 hours with moderate projection for the first 2 hours, then it settles closer to the skin. Not bad . Don't expect to fill a room, but it creates a noticeable personal aura."
