The heart is where this deviates; the lavender isn't as clean or crisp as the original, instead leaning towards a powdery, almost soapy quality. The iris is present, but less refined, resulting in an makeup-powder aroma. The sage is a welcome addition, providing a herbal counterpoint to the sweetness.
