Rain Drops is a respectable attempt at capturing the Coco Mademoiselle vibe. It's ideal for someone who appreciates the general mood but isn't ready to invest in the original. If Coco Mademoiselle is a power suit, Rain Drops is a well-tailored blazer. Absolutely worth it difference.

Rain Drops opens with a citrus burst – bright orange and bergamot mostly. It aims for Coco Mademoiselle's sophisticated sparkle, but lands about 89% of the way. There's a slightly harsher, more synthetic edge here. The heart is where it diverges most. The rose is present, but feels thinner, less opulent than the original's deep floral richness. Jasmine and mimosa add a powdery sweetness. The drydown is pleasant. A clean patchouli and a touch of vanilla create a comforting warmth, quite similar to Coco Mademoiselle, perhaps even a touch sweeter.
