To Buy or Not to Buy?

Nitro Elixir is a good option if you like the MYSLF DNA but don't want to drop a fortune. It's a perfectly acceptable office scent or casual everyday wear. It has a mass appeal, but will likely not turn heads. Is MYSLF worth 3-4x the price? For the smoother blend and slightly better performance, maybe. But if you're on a budget, Nitro Elixir gets you close enough for daily wear, making it a worthwhile value proposition.

Olfactory Experience

Nitro Elixir kicks off with a bright, citrusy bergamot – like a slightly less refined version of MYSLF. The heart is where you notice the biggest difference. Dumont amps up the orange blossom; it's sweeter, almost candied, compared to YSL's more subdued floral touch. The base is a pleasant ambroxan and patchouli combo. It aims for the clean, modern feel of MYSLF, but has a slightly rougher, more synthetic edge in the drydown. It's about 90% similar to the original, but that last 90% is where MYSLF's smoothness shines through.

Wear time & Sillage

Okay, let's be real: this isn't a beast mode fragrance. Expect about 5-6 hours of wear, with moderate projection for the first hour or so. It sits closer to the skin after that. Decent for a daily driver, but you might want to reapply if you're going out after work. Don't expect mind-blowing performance, just solid average.
