Okay, let's be real – this Gentleman Society Extreme is gunning for that Aventus vibe. The opening is a blast of pineapple and bergamot, trying its best to capture that smoky-fruity thing. It gets about 89% of the way there. The apple note is more prominent here than in Aventus, giving it a slightly sweeter, less refined edge. The birch and patchouli in the heart try to deliver the smokiness but come across a bit synthetic. The drydown is where it deviates most. The vanilla softens things, making it a bit sweeter and less challenging than the original's ashy ambergris base.
