Eternal Oud nails the Grand Soir vibe. The opening is a warm, amber-vanilla hug – labdanum adds a slightly resinous edge. The benzoin in the heart brings a comforting, powdery sweetness. The drydown is where it shines: tonka and vanilla create a creamy base. I'd say it's about 90% similar to Grand Soir. The original has a smoother, almost ethereal quality, while Eternal Oud has a *hint* of synthetic feel, especially in the opening. Still, it's a damn good approximation.

Conclusion

It's perfect for evenings, cooler weather, and date nights. The slight synthetic edge is barely noticeable and fades quickly. Eternal Oud is a fantastic daily driver for anyone who wants to smell sophisticated without breaking the bank. Buy it, wear it, enjoy it.

Projection Power

This stuff lasts. I get a solid 7-8 hours on my skin. Projection is moderate for the first 2 hours, leaving a nice scent trail without being overpowering. It becomes a skin scent after hour 4, but you'll still catch whiffs. the performance is outstanding.
