Scent Breakdown
Okay, so Kingdom by Lattafa is clearly gunning for Le Male Elixir. The opening is a blast of lavender and mint, pretty similar to the JPG, maybe 90% there. But here's where it differs: the mint in Kingdom is a touch sharper, a little more synthetic at first. The heart shifts into a sweet vanilla and benzoin combo, and it's done well. The drydown is where this really shines, though. You get a warm honeyed tobacco and tonka that's really pleasant. A touch less refined than the original Le Male Elixir, but still impressive.
The Performance Stats
the performance is solid. I get around 6-7 hours on my skin with decent projection for the first two. It's not beast mode, but it's definitely noticeable. A couple of sprays will do you just fine. It projects a moderate scent bubble - not cloying or obnoxious.
The Verdict
If you're looking for a Le Male Elixir experience without dropping a ton of cash, Kingdom is a great option. Yes, there's a synthetic edge, especially in the opening, but it's brief. Honestly, it's hard to complain at this price point. Perfect for cooler weather, evenings, or even date night. Recommended.
