How it Smells

Ramz opens with a rush of synthetic pear, less the juicy fruit and more akin to pear-flavored hard candy. The lavender and mint are present but muddled, offering a fleeting herbal freshness that's quickly dominated by the central sweetness. The heart reveals a potent cinnamon accord, a slightly harsh, almost medicinal cinnamon, rather than a warm, comforting spice. Hints of clary sage attempt to cut through the saccharine onslaught, but the caraway is virtually undetectable. The drydown relies heavily on a black vanilla husk, lending a burnt sugar effect, layered with a synthetic amber, imparting a vaguely plasticky undertone. Where it deviates from the original is in its singular focus on sweetness without the original's balancing complexity; the vanilla is more aggressive and less refined.

Is it Worth It?

If Ramz were a character in a movie, it would be the overly enthusiastic, slightly obnoxious younger sibling constantly vying for attention.

Longevity & Projection

Longevity is impressive, clocking in at around 7-8 hours on skin. Projection is considerable for the first 2 hours, easily extending beyond arm's length, before gradually settling closer to the body. Tested in a cool, indoor environment.
