Bombinate Intense begins with a candied cherry blast, like maraschino liqueur spilled onto a vinyl car seat. The peony surfaces quickly, yet remains underdeveloped, a simple floral whisper attempting to cut through the initial sweetness. It's more "red" in colour association than actual scent. As it dries, a sugary vanilla emerges, leaving a sweet-tart aroma that's reminiscent of cherry-flavoured hard candies clinging to the back of your throat. The original's complexity is definitely muted here; it's a simplified, less nuanced interpretation.

How Long Does it Last?

I got about five hours of noticeable wear from this. The projection starts bold, easily extending beyond arm's reach for the first hour, but quickly settles closer to the skin after that.
