Flawsome opens with a blast of peony and mandarin orange. The citruses are definitely present, lending a bright, almost sparkling quality. Side-by-side with Gucci Flora, the initial impression is about 91% similar. The key difference lies in the mandarin; Flawsome’s is slightly sharper, more synthetic. The heart unfolds with osmanthus and rose, the osmanthus providing that characteristic apricot-like nuance. The rose is less prominent than in Flora, making the osmanthus the star here. The drydown brings forth a woody patchouli, grounded by sandalwood. A noticeable pink pepper note adds a spicy touch, a slight deviation from the original's smoother base. The overall effect, though, remains within the same floral-woody territory.

Projection Power

Longevity is moderate. On skin, I get about 5-6 hours of noticeable scent. Projection is decent for the first hour, creating a pleasant scent bubble. After that, it settles closer to the skin. Not beast mode.

Conclusion

Flawsome delivers a respectable homage to Gucci Flora. While the initial citrus blast and the synthetic touches in the base reveal its clone origins, it captures the overall essence of the original well. it's a solid option for those who appreciate the Flora DNA but are budget-conscious. Is Gucci Flora ten times better? No. If you are sensitive to synthetic notes, maybe. Otherwise, this is worth a try.
