How it Smells
Qasamat Ebhar jumps out with a spicy cinnamon and saffron opening, like Silky Woods... but maybe a little louder, a touch more synthetic in the spice. The heart leans heavily into that suede note, which is present in Silky Woods, but here it’s more pronounced. There's also a noticeable woody accord that I'm guessing is the oud. It gives a slightly medicinal edge that the original sidesteps. As it dries down, a cozy vanilla and sandalwood appear, rounded out with a hint of tobacco. It's nice, but the vanilla isn't quite as creamy as Silky Woods. Overall, I'd say it's about 91% similar.
Longevity & Projection
Projection is moderate for the first hour, creating a nice scent bubble. After that, it settles closer to the skin. Longevity is solid though, I get a good 6-7 hours on my skin. It's definitely a wear-to-work appropriate fragrance. Won't offend.
Bottom Line
Yes, it has some rougher edges and a slightly more synthetic feel, but it delivers the same general vibe . This is for someone who appreciates a warm, spicy, and woody fragrance and isn't afraid to compromise slightly on complexity to save some serious cash. Ebhar gets the job done nicely.
