The Scent Profile
Hayat opens with a blast of cinnamon and nutmeg; pretty close to Khamrah but with a slightly sharper, almost boozy edge. The bergamot is fleeting, just a hint of brightness. The heart is where it diverges. While you get those sweet dates and praline, there's a synthetic tuberose note that's more pronounced than in the original. It's not bad, but it's definitely there. The drydown is all vanilla, tonka, and benzoin, creating a warm, comforting sweetness. Think baked goods. It's about 88% similar to Khamrah, but that tuberose and initial boozy blast set it apart.
Performance Reality Check
Longevity is solid . Expect around 6-7 hours on skin, and it lasts even longer on clothes. Projection is moderate; it creates a nice scent bubble for the first couple of hours before settling closer to the skin. Not a beast mode fragrance, but definitely noticeable. If you're looking for a super close clone, this might not be it. However, it's hard to complain. This is a perfect daily driver for fall and winter. Wear it to the office, date night, or just lounging around. But if you're on a budget, Hayat is a worthy contender.
