Scent Breakdown

iDiva is aiming for La Perla's Divina Silver, and gets... close-ish. The opening blasts off with a syrupy strawberry that's undeniably synthetic, but not offensively so. Mandarin pops in, a little artificial, before a floral heart emerges. Rose, jasmine, orange blossom – they're all *there*, but lack the nuanced sophistication of the original. Think of a painting, reproduced with cheaper inks. The drydown is where iDiva gains ground. Vanilla and musk create a comforting base. Amber peeks through, making it warmer. I'd say it captures roughly 89% of Divina Silver’s DNA. The main difference? La Perla uses higher-quality ingredients which translate into a smoother, more rounded scent.

Wear time & Sillage

Performance is decent, given the price point. I get around 5 hours on skin. Projection is moderate for the first hour, settling closer to the skin thereafter. It's definitely a "wear to work" or "running errands" type of fragrance, not something for a special occasion where you want a lasting impression. Is it a perfect dupe? No. Does it scratch the itch? Absolutely. The synthetic edge is noticeable, but dissipates somewhat in the drydown. Considering that Divina Silver can easily cost ten times as much, iDiva offers a good compromise. If you demand ultra-realistic scents and scrutinize every note, skip this. If you’re pragmatic and prioritize value, it's worth a try.
