Bottom Line
Delilah offers a fantastic value proposition. If you crave the Delina DNA but balk at the price tag, this is a worthy substitute. The synthetic edge is present, particularly in the opening, but it’s not a deal-breaker, especially considering the massive price difference. If you demand the absolute best and most refined version, stick with the original. However, for those on a budget who want to smell expensive without breaking the bank, Delilah is a solid choice. Buy this if you like smelling nice without emptying your wallet.
Olfactory Experience
Delilah by Maison Alhambra aims squarely at Delina's throne, and gets surprisingly close – I'd say a solid 90% similarity. The initial blast of rhubarb and lychee is present, though it lacks the refined sparkle of the original; expect a slightly sharper, more synthetic edge here. The heart unfolds with a dominant Turkish rose, supported by peony and a noticeable vanilla. The vanilla is where Delilah truly differs; it's sweeter and more prominent than in Delina, lending a gourmand touch. The drydown settles into a musky, slightly woody base with vetiver.
Wear time & Sillage
This clone doesn’t disappear quickly. I get a good 6-7 hours of wear, with moderate projection for the first 2 hours, settling closer to the skin afterwards. Don't expect beast mode. It's respectable performance .
