Fortnight for Men opens with a blast of suede and sweet licorice. The mandarin is there, but it's a muted echo of Fahrenheit Le Parfum's brightness. This is where the clone deviates; less refined. The heart leans heavily into violet leaf, but a boozy rum note pushes through, creating an interesting, if slightly synthetic, twist. Coriander adds a touch of green spice. The drydown is where it gets closest to its inspiration: a warm, comforting bourbon vanilla blankets the skin. It captures the essence, maybe 87% of the way there. It lacks the original's smooth edges.

The Performance Stats

Projection is moderate for the first hour, leaving a decent scent bubble. After that, it settles closer to the skin. Longevity is surprisingly good. I get a solid 6-7 hours, which is respectable point. Don't expect beast mode; this is a cozy, intimate experience.

If you crave the dark, sophisticated vibe of Fahrenheit Le Parfum but balk at the price, Fortnight for Men is a worthwhile substitute. If you're on a budget, grab this. If you demand perfection, save for the Dior.
