Olfactory Experience

Royal Supreme Dominant by Rave attempts to emulate Lattafa's Khamrah, achieving approximately 90% accuracy. The opening presents a prominent cinnamon note, bolstered by a synthetic nutmeg accord and a fleeting bergamot whisper. It lacks the smoother, more natural spice blend of the original. The heart introduces a date accord that's sweeter and less nuanced than Khamrah's. A praline element emerges, slightly artificial, alongside a muted tuberose which barely makes an impression. The base relies heavily on vanilla and tonka, providing a comforting sweetness, yet the benzoin feels almost like an afterthought; missing the resinous depth that Khamrah possesses.

Longevity & Projection

Longevity is moderate, clocking in around 6-7 hours on skin. Projection is initially strong for the first hour, creating a noticeable scent bubble. However, it quickly settles into a skin scent after approximately two hours. Expect about an arms-length projection at its peak. However, it's undeniably a clone, with synthetic edges apparent throughout its development. However, for those on a tight budget who simply want a sweet, spicy fragrance, this could suffice. Not a bad effort but expect compromises.
