Our objective metric for performance per dollar.
Is it Worth It?
Z39 is a solid option if you love Poison Girl but don't want to shell out the big bucks. It captures the essence of the original, with only slight differences that most people wouldn't notice. If you're looking for a sweet, feminine, and easy-to-wear fragrance for everyday use, this is it. Z39 gets you pretty darn close . Perfect for students or anyone on a budget.
The Scent Profile
Z39 opens with a bright, slightly tart orange. It's not quite as photorealistic as Poison Girl's bitter orange, maybe 89% similar. The heart is where Z39 shines. The rose notes are nicely blended with the orange blossom, creating a sweet floral accord that's very close to the original. The drydown is a comforting vanilla-almond-tonka mix. It's smooth and pleasant, though maybe a tad more powdery than the original Poison Girl. Overall, a very good clone, clocking in at about 89% of the original DNA.
Wear time & Sillage
The longevity is decent . I get about 5-6 hours on my skin. It projects moderately for the first hour, then settles into a skin scent. Not a beast, but not a complete wimp either. You'll need a few sprays to get noticed, but that's expected at this price point.
