The Scent Profile

Ornament by Afnan is clearly chasing the 1 Million Elixir vibe, and it gets surprisingly close – I'd say around 94%. The opening is a fruity-sweet apple mixed with a floral touch, very similar to the original's DNA. The rose is noticeable but stays smooth. It has that same syrupy sweetness. Where it differs is in the dry down; Ornament emphasizes the vanilla and tonka, making it a bit creamier and less boozy than Elixir. It has a slight synthetic feel compared to the OG's richer notes, but it's not offensive.

Bottom Line

It's a versatile scent for cooler weather, perfect for dates, evenings out, or even a slightly dressed-up office environment. I'm not saying ditch the original, but if you want a daily driver that smells similar without breaking the bank, Ornament is a solid choice. For the value, Ornament by Afnan gets a thumbs up.

Performance Reality Check

the performance is impressive. Ornament projects moderately for the first 2-3 hours, leaving a nice scent bubble. I get a solid 6-8 hours of longevity on my skin, becoming a skin scent after the 5th hour. It won’t fill a room like Elixir, but it’s respectable.
