Is it Worth It?

This fragrance suits a youthful individual who enjoys unabashedly sweet scents. Someone who prefers a candy-coated aroma and doesn't mind a synthetic edge. Perhaps a high school student or someone in their early twenties who favors body sprays with similar scent profiles. They wouldn't need a particularly discerning nose and are okay with a louder, less refined fragrance.

First Impressions & Dry Down

Nudo Sweet Berries launches with a candied citrus blast – think mandarin orange soda with a spritz of grapefruit zest. The bergamot is noticeable, but overpowered by the other sweet fruits. The heart emerges as a synthetic raspberry jam accord. The promised black currant is more of a generic red berry sweetness than the distinct earthy tartness one expects. It is far from Oriana's more sophisticated, nuanced opening. Instead of refined orange blossom, I get a cloying artificial flower aroma. The drydown is where the similarities to whipped cream and marshmallow appear, but with an unfortunate plasticky undertone. It leans toward a generic "sweet" aroma, losing the initial fruity brightness and complexity.

How Long Does it Last?

Longevity is surprisingly good, clocking in at around 6 hours on my skin. Projection is initially strong, filling a room for the first hour, then settling closer to the skin after about 2 hours. I tested it during a mild spring day at the office; it didn't offend, but I could tell my neighbor was getting strong wafts of the saccharine clouds.
