Olfactory Experience
Posh Mirage goes for that Cannabis Blue vibe and gets pretty close; I'd say it's 86% there. The opening blasts with cardamom and a slightly medicinal eucalyptus – a bit rougher than the original, a tad synthetic. The heart brings that herby cannabis accord, nicely balanced with nutmeg and sage. It's green, slightly spicy, but definitely present. Where it differs most is in the drydown. Cannabis Blue has a smoother, more refined oud. Posh Mirage's oud is a little sharper, more insistent, with a noticeable patchouli edge. Still good, but lacks the nuance of the original.
Longevity & Projection
the performance is solid. I get a good 6-7 hours on my skin. Projection is moderate for the first couple of hours, then settles closer to the skin. This isn't a beast mode fragrance. Perfect for the office, though. It won't gas anyone out.
To Buy or Not to Buy?
Posh Mirage is a great daily driver if you like the Cannabis Blue profile but can't justify the price tag. It's a solid, wearable fragrance. The original is undoubtedly smoother and higher quality. But is it $300 better? Probably not. Guys who want something a little different than the usual blue fragrances will appreciate this.
