The vanilla exhibits a cloying sweetness, not the creamy smoothness of high-quality vanilla extract, but more of a synthetic vanillin note found in cheap baked goods. A vaguely marine ambergris imitation mixes uneasily with a weak, incense accord, resulting in a slightly plasticky drydown.
