Notes & Nuances
Zara's Night Pour Homme II is a solid attempt at capturing the essence of Dior Sauvage EDT. The opening is immediately familiar – that bright, citrusy bergamot punch alongside a noticeable pepper kick. It's maybe 85% there. The heart is where it deviates slightly. The lavender and pink pepper become a bit more prominent, giving it a slightly sweeter, less razor-sharp feel than the OG. The drydown is all about the ambroxan and cedar, providing a woody-ambery base. It's a touch more synthetic smelling here compared to Dior, but not offensively so.
How Long Does it Last?
Longevity is decent . Expect around 4-5 hours of noticeable projection, then it settles closer to the skin for another 2-3 hours. It won't fill a room, but it creates a nice scent bubble. It's not a beast mode fragrance by any means. If you are okay with a *slight* divergence from the original, this is a great option. It’s a perfect everyday, grab-and-go scent for the office, running errands, or casual outings. If you’re a hardcore fragrance head and want the absolute best rendition of this DNA, then splurge for Dior. But for the average Joe, this Zara clone gets the job done admirably.
