The Scent Profile
Zara's Night Pour Homme II Winter aims for the Le Male DNA, and it gets pretty close, maybe 82%. The opening hits you with that familiar lavender and mint combo, but there's a slightly sharper, almost synthetic edge here compared to the original. The heart brings in the cinnamon and orange blossom. It's where it deviates a little. Le Male has a smoother, creamier development; this is a touch spicier and less refined. The drydown is all vanilla and tonka, that comforting sweetness that Le Male is known for. It lacks some of the sandalwood depth, though.
The Performance Stats
The performance is decent . On my skin, I get about 5-6 hours of noticeable projection, maybe a foot or two. It then settles into a skin scent for another 2-3 hours. Don't expect this to last through a whole night out without reapplying. It's perfect for everyday wear, casual dates, or the office. It’s a great "dumb reach" for cooler weather. This gets you close enough for everyday enjoyment.
